“I have spoken to the lady that I sent the flowers too and she was very happy with the bouquet.It took 24hrs to bloom up from the box but the flowers have lasted for approx a week”

“Truly appalling business model and customer service. It is reasonable to expect that flowers ordered for a particular day will arrive on that day. Flowers tend to be for occasions after all - birthdays, anniversaries etc. Bloom & Wild heavily caveat that they can't guarantee flowers will arrive on your chosen day. A weird offering for a florist. They also claim '94%' do arrive on time. I question their evidence, given how poorly they perform in all other areas as a business. So far my order is delayed by 48 hours. My disappointed friend has waited at home for two days for a gift that failed to arrive. When delivery is delayed like this, Bloom & Wild send you an automated message, offering a five pound discount on your next purchase. Not a refund. So, shoddy service and communications so poor that it relies solely on AI and automated emails - and they expect the customer to come back for more.”

“Very satisfactory. The flowers were delivered promptly to a remote address in Scotland. The recipient was delighted with them, mentioning the stocks as particularly pleasing. Sorry, I don't know who delivered them.”

“Beautiful, I usually receive letterbox flowers. When I bought last week all I wanted was a basic order with card and message without all the signing in password etc but you need to go through so many hoops to get that. A single phone call with details suits me better.”

“A bit disappointed - I did a small Collection at work for someone who left. When the person put the picture on Facebook I was very disappointed as they were not the quality I had expected and felt like I had to justify to the people who I had collected money from to confirm that I had spent what I had collected. On a positive it was easy to order and it was delivered when they said it was to be delivered. But as you can see from the photos they are nothing like the picture.”

We completely understand how important it is that the flowers reflect the thought and care behind them, particularly when others have contributed. Our bouquets are sent in bud so they last as long as possible, and often need a little time to fully bloom, which may be the case here. That said, they should always reflect the quality we promise, and it’s disappointing to hear that this wasn’t the case here.
