“My friend had a Nico bouquet which was nice . She had sent me a Nell which had broken flowers and others which died by next day . Upon complaining I did receive a second box which were marginally better. Inconsistent quality and condition took the edge off . Disappointing .”

“Surprise present for my 82 yr old aunt who was absolutely thrilled & delighted with the tree. Couldnt thank me enough so many thanks to you guys. Delivered on time, quality product & beautiful. Thank you very much. Made her christmas! ( not sure how it was delivered & Sorry cant send a photo of delivered item - shes old school & no camara on her phone but rest assured she loved it!)”

Looking at the order number you shared, I can see that there was no message written on the card you sent, hence the confusion. We send our blooms to the details included on the confirmation screen during the ordering process, and those details are provided in the confirmation email, so it's always worth double-checking everything as it should be immediately after you've placed an order. “Having received a beautiful Bloom & Wild display, next time I was ordering flowers, I decided to try them for myself (as buying customer rather than happy recipient). Since then, I sent two lovely letterbox bouquets which have both been gratefully and happily received by my unexpecting friends. I'm sure to be ordering more from them in the future. “Sent bouquets to my daughters . They arrived safely on the day requested . Both were very pleased withe them .However one of the letterbox flowers was not posted but left on the doorstep in full view of passers bye. I know this is not your fault but thought you should be aware this is happening . On the whole we were well pleased with the flowers .”
