“I had flowers delivered to an old friend who had sadly lost her mum. Unfortunately the flowers arrived dead! She contacted me just after they arrived to tell me the bad news about them. I contacted you and received a rambling reply that solved nothing from a chatbot! So I replied to that. I subsequently received a lovely email from a real person offering a replacement but I had already found a local florist who sent me a bunch she was delighted with. I requested for a refund and was delighted by a quick response, stating my refund would be with me in a few days. Due to the lovely email from your complaints department I will use your services again. Thank you”

“Hi Kirsty My friend Pam was very surprised to receive the flowers. The Rose being the birth month for June, I really only wanted Roses. Pam video called me and showed me the flowers, but I could only see 3 Roses. That was disappointing for me. It was easy to order flowers on-line from afar. Good service otherwise. Regards Sandra”

“Have used Bloom & wild many times now...always fantastic! Ordering is simple and the actual flowers sent are fabulous....not the disappointing ones that you get from some companies that are nothing like the wuality or amount of the pictures online....THESE guys are the real deal! Recently sent Peonies bouquet....the recipient was over the moon! Job done Thanks Bloom & wild!!!”

“I always use Bloom & Wild for both personal and work ocassions. Their flowers are beautiful, packed well with excellent instructions on how to keep your flowers fresh for as long as possible, with my last bunch lasting nearly 3 weeks. No only that, they always have great offers and their delivery service is brilliant. Highly recommend”
