“Ordered the New Arrival bundle including the ‘jellycat’ bunny soother for my friend’s first child. They were absolutely thrilled with the complete parcel which included a little something for baby and the new parents. Clearly a quality gift and as always was delivered on time without any issue. Great customer service experience from the ordering to the delivery. Easy, straightforward and stress free.”

“I've used bloom and wild many times before and have had a great experience but I'm very disappointed on this occasion. I paid extra for DPD to deliver on a specific date but unfortunately the flowers were delivered the following day. I also ordered brownies which were not delivered but there was no contact from bloom and wild to explain this, I only knew they hadn't been delivered after asking the recipient. Bloom and wild told me 'not to worry' and refunded me for the delivery and the brownies. I reached out to say I didnt think this was good enough but ive had no response since. Instead just emails asking me to write a review, so here is my review! Total shame as bloom and wild was always my go to for flowers.”

“Lovely website. Easy ordering. Plenty of space for personal message which was great! Friend says flowers are still looking super. Initially I’d forgotten to add the discount code but was so easy to contact you and you immediately sorted out the discount refund. Very pleased with every aspect. Thank you!”

“Delivered on time and my mum sent me a lovely message after receiving them. However, when I visited my mum and actually saw the flowers I was absolutely disgusted! I could have bought a much nicer bunch of flowers for half the price from a supermarket! Don’t bother ordering, you’ll feel completely ripped off!”

“Great service, delivery was bang on time, the flowers looked lovely, particularly love the insert that tells you about the individual flowers and being able to cut bulbs off and attempt to grow your own. Will be using again and again!!”

“I have used Bloom and Wild a number of times and have always been impressed by the variety of gifts on offer and the prices charged. Recipients have contacted me to say how beautiful their flowers were and how long they lasted; one was delighted with her mini Christmas tree. It's so easy to place an order and choose a delivery date. Each order I've placed has been delivered when promised - it's nice to receive a message confirming that delivery has taken place.”
