“The flowers were beautiful, but they arrived three days after the date I selected. I ordered in plenty of time for a special birthday, and the delay meant the gift arrived late and made it seem as though I had forgotten. I value small businesses and understand pressures, but if the bouquet I chose was not available for my selected date, clear communication or an alternative at checkout would have helped. The arrangement itself was lovely; timely delivery and proactive updates would have made this a five‑star experience.”
