“Flowers arrived on time but there were very few flowers, not as advertised on your website. I complained and am receiving 50% back. But I found the quality of the flowers disappointing as they were for a poorly friend.”

“Hi Kirsty, on the whole the experience was good, from choosing the flowers to ordering. What I didn't appreciate was the flowers would arrive in a box and they needed waking up. Looking at the pictures of the flowers and choosing hand tied I thought they would arrive in a bouquet 💐 style. Receiving e-mails and tracking info was great, made me feel at ease. Recipient loved the flowers.”

“Bloom & Wild is an excellent company. The letterbox flowers they send are always beautiful and greatly appreciated by the people I have sent them to. The plants they send out are healthy and beautiful and of very good quality. The fact that you can add other little gifts to orders or exclusively send tasty treats or little keepsakes is very pleasing, too. I like the points system they have and the sales that make it so easy and so tempting to send a little something to someone you know would appreciate it!”

“I paid for flowers for a friend whose dog had died. I also paid extra for a card and a box of fudge and extra for dpd delivery. The flowers were delivered nearly dead with no card or fudge. My friend had to put a post in fb asking who had sent them. Awful really. I have asked for a full refund and been assured I will get it. Not a good experience at all 😒”

“This was my second experience of Bloom & Wild and on both occasions I have been impressed by the letterbox flowers that perk up miraculously after 24 hours and last a long time if you follow instructions to feed and cut stems. I mean in our case a week later they still look good.”

“This was the first time I have used Bloom and Wild and I found the experience excellent. Firstly the ease with which I ordered on line . Secondly and equally important was the price I paid. It was very reasonable compared to some of the prices found with other companies which frankly are far too expensive. My daughter in law is delighted with the arrangement , the colours, the natural look of the arrangement and described it as "beautiful" even though a lot of the floweres were in bud form. It is a very good idea to include flowers in bud form as they can be enjoyed for that much longer . All in all I would defintely recommend using Bloom and Wild.”
