“What a load of rubbish. Only fit for the compost. Don't know how they dare call themselves florists. Bought better for £3.99 at Aldi. Disgusted.”

“I really like the choice, quality and some of the ideas for gifts at bloom and wild. I have received items from Bloom and Wild myself in the past, and loved whatever I've received. I did find though that when I recently wanted to send two 'Hug' biscuits with flowers, I just couldn't manage it in one order, for some reason. I tried a few different things to make it work.”

“I always order any flowers from Bloom & Wild. They are always beautiful arrangements. On the one occasion where my order didn't arrive on time (a Royal Mail issue) I contacted the team who were more than generous and helpful. They arranged a replacement which was delivered the next day. Excellent customer service.”

“I have ordered from Bloom and Wild many times for myself and as gifts for friends and office colleagues. The mini Xmas trees I order are always lovely and have become a tradition in our home. Recently I ordered small arrangements for staff for international womens day and they were really beautiful.”

“I was disappointed you delivered Berenice flowers to my friend . They were left behind a plant on her porch . When I called her to see if she had received them she found them . If the flowers can’t be posted through a letterbox then could you leave a card saying where they are ?”

“My first time of using Bloom and Wild. Ordering was easy and my chosen flowers were delivered the next day. The recipient was delighted and after 24 hours in water the flowers were as described. Such a good idea to have letterbox delivery so that the box can be delivered easily. I would recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.”
