“Terrible experience. Flowers were extremely delayed by more than a day. Customer service if you can call it that were very unhelpful. Sad as send flowers regularly and was looking for a new company to use. Certainly won’t be returning.”

“I ordered flowers for a friend who is poorly, she sent me a picture thank you, I was extremely disappointed with the quality and appearance so contacted Bloom and Wild, their customer service was second to none. They were very apologetic and sent a replacement bouquet by a next day courier. I was then a very happy customer”

“I called up very last minute and right before they were closing for the day to order flowers for a friend to be delivered as a birthday gift. Not only was there no problem with that, but the boquet she put together was absolutely beautiful! All delivered and on time :). I was definately recommend Bloom & Wild - gorgous arrangements and excellent customer service! I wish you were closer to me and I would buy flowers from you every week! Eva”
