“I ordered 3 boquets to be delivered on New Years Eve to 3 of my family members living at different addresses in Stafford. The ordering was simple and notification emails were sent for each delivery both when dispatched and on delivery. The cost was competetive, the available choices, quality, contact and the overalll service first class.”

“An excellent company who I would totally recommend. My only suggestion is that they should be careful who they use for their deliveries and the more reliable the better. I have had 2 lots of 6 month's deliveries and had problems with three of the deliveries. No delivery, late delivery (after it had been shown as delivered) and delivered to the wrong address. I have to say B & W response, when I contacted them, was first class and politely and considerately resolved. I think this response covers the remaining questions.”
