“The service provided is excellent. There is a good choice of products including plenty that are affordable if you are not wanting to spend a fortune. The only reason that I have not given 5 stars is that there have been occasions when the letterbox flowers have included elements that are in less than good condition - droopy past being restored and or snapped. This tends to be with folliage. When you are sending the flowers to others of course you need to be confident they will arrive in excellent condition that will thrill rather than dissapoint the recipient. I have a couple of recipients from whom I seek and can rely upon honest feedback in addition the referencing bloom and wild flowers that I have received. That said on the few occasions I have contacted Bloom and Wild with a concern about the quality flowers have arrived in the response has been proacive and there has been a keeness to remedy matters. Things do not go perfectly all of the time we know that. In my view it is all about the response to the diffculty that separated a good service from a bad. Anne-Marie.”

“for the most part the flowers are lovely and open up nicely. I’ve used Bloom & Wild a few times now. However my last order for my mum was a bit disappointing. A few of the flowers were already wilting and drooping over the vase the next day after arriving. The rest have opened up fine but I’m not sure if they’re quite worth the price really I’m afraid..”

“I paid 52 euro for flowers to be sent to Dublin to my sister. The bunch was not very big small compared to what was advertised. They were dissapointing. Not worth 52Euro and that was with 10 Euro off should have been 62 Euro.”
