“My recent purchase of peonies, arrived on time (my son and daughter-in-law's wedding anniversary) and they were delighted with them. Once the flowers had opened they sent me a photo and they looked beautiful. There had been a delivery problem with my first order, but Bloom and Wild sent another bouquet very quickly.”

“The flowers I ordered were very appreciated. However I was disappointed to hear from my friend that when she arrived home the box was poking out of the letterbox so that if anyone wanted to they could have pulled it out. The confirmation of delivery just showed the letterbox so the pic must have been taken before the flowerbox was pushed part way through.”

“Product and delivery were amazing. Unfortunately I thought it was costing me £19 but when I got to the end I saw £10 had been added. I thought I had stopped the process before payment but it went through, which I found very disappointing as it was above my budget.”

“Failed to deliver birthday gift and card to 88 year old dementia patient in a care home causing much distress to the recipient. Faulty log in system on the website meant the gift could not be followed up. Customer phone line cut me off twice. When I finally got through I was offered either a resend of the birthday package which would arrive days late and cause even more confusion and upset, or a refund taking up to 10 days. Very disappointing”
