“Product and delivery were amazing. Unfortunately I thought it was costing me £19 but when I got to the end I saw £10 had been added. I thought I had stopped the process before payment but it went through, which I found very disappointing as it was above my budget.”

“Failed to deliver birthday gift and card to 88 year old dementia patient in a care home causing much distress to the recipient. Faulty log in system on the website meant the gift could not be followed up. Customer phone line cut me off twice. When I finally got through I was offered either a resend of the birthday package which would arrive days late and cause even more confusion and upset, or a refund taking up to 10 days. Very disappointing”

“Flowers were delivered the day before I asked for them to be. Which was a disappointmenet for me as these were for my sister in law who does not keep well and I wanted her to get them on her birthday not her thinking I thought her birstday was the 8th rather than the 9th”

“My daughter received the flowers on the right day and was very pleased with them. When I looked at the photo she sent, the blooms were much more "out" on receipt than I had been expecting. The B and W flowers I have received were always tightly closed on arrival and took days to come out. This made me wonder if my daughter's flowers would last as long.”
