“I love both sending and receiving lovely flowers from bloom and wild. There's so much to choose from for all occasions and they get sent out quickly, and when you receive a gift it is always so exciting and the flowers always so beautiful.”

“Hi, I recently sent my auntie a gift from you for having us to stay with her for four months! I sent this because I had received flowers with a lovely pink vase from Bloom and Wild from my boss for a moving in present and the flowers lasted really well for two weeks and were beautiful. Thank you”

“The overall experience was positive, only issue was that using Royal Mail having nominated a Saturday delivery and the flowers not arriving it meant that they could not be delivered until the Monday. This obvious meant day longer in the box. The day after delivery petals started to drop off some of the flowers. A bit disappointing, if using again I would not nominate a Saturday delivery.”

“I found the website unsatisfactory. Payment is not clear - I didn’t realise I had paid and didn’t recall saving a card on the system. Also I have moved house went into the system to change address and when I went back in it it reverted to the old address. I did express my problems on your chat and no one came back to me. Rather disappointed. Delivery went well.”

“I found it very easy to order flowers with you and my brother and sister in law were delighted with them. When I asked him did he enjoy the Gluten free brownies, he had a shock as he didn't realise they were gluten free and my sister in law had claimed them. Out of interest, does it clearly say on the packaging, they are gluten free?”
