“Ordered some letterbox flowers for my wifes birthday, alas did not throughly check the date and ordered for the wrong day, hastily phoned them up midday and thankfuly they were able to change the order to be delivered the next day as I had originally planned. Flowers arrived next day and we are both very happy at the quality and quantity. What more can I add but customer service at its best.”

“You at bloom and wild are very nice but your delivery service via the post office is very disappointing, I think everyone would pay a bit more and have a proper delivery firm to deliver ie dpd, yodel or Hermes. Late flowers are very disappointing especially as these were for my cousin whose husband died suddenly. Unfortunately I will think again to use your services as this is twice this has happened (late delivery)”
