“I’ve used B&W many times and the letter box flowers are always really lovely and just like the photos when opened 🌸 the gifts I’ve sent (brownies etc) have always been very well received. Love the fact you can create the card using a photograph, makes the sentiment so personal. Any marketing issues / suggestions I’ve had have always been received gratefully and have been accepted and addressed. Great company, especially if you need to send flowers / gift at short notice / no time / going away. Great company and great reward incentive; would highly recommend 👍🏼🥰”

“I have used this Florist many times and I’ve never been disappointed with them. Easy to order online and great selection of flowers and gifts. Always kept up to date with delivery times and the recipient has always been delighted with their flowers. I highly recommend this company.”

“The delivery was prompt and the flowers arrived as expected. They sprung into life the next day and are still going strong. I had a special birthday discount and ordered a bunch at half price. I think however that the flowers are a little overpriced. One can buy a comparable bunch of flowers from M&S or Waitrose for much less. The plus for Bloom and Wild is that one can have them delivered to friends in different parts of the country. Though this can also be matched by M&S and Waitrose. I doubt if flowers sent by these supermarkets match the quality of the flowers from Bloom and Wild.”

“First class way to easily send flowers and gifts, service has always been exceptional and smooth, regular emails to update on the status, even for possible delays. I use the app and as someone who has a lot of experience in apps and quality, I have to say it is cleanly designed and very user friendly. While you do pay for what you get, the reality is that if you are sending a gift to a loved one it is 100% worth it to use a company with real care. Fully reccomend Bloom and Wild to anyone.”

“I think that the flowers aren't as good as they used to be. Plus more expensive for less/not good quality. I’ve had one bad bunch of post flowers sent to me and I’ve had feedback pf post ones I’ve sent to people. I recently send a hand tied bouquet but dont know what these were like as my friend has thanked me but hasnt said. Usually we’d take photos if they are good”
