Recipient delighted with flowers which were speedily delivered. Only problem, I found negotiating ordering on line v difficult and when I got to pay, the system locked and I could not continue. However, I managed to succeed later in the day

Send letterbox flowers to ensure they were delivered to the correct house which they were extremely disappointed in the flowers very few and two broken. Nothing like the picture I saw which had made me choose that particular bunch

Wild and Bloom are excellent. When my sent flowers were mistakenly not accepted at the given address they sent a new bunch a few days later to correct the delivery. No further expense to me. Not their fault. Delighted receiver!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . I have had 6 subscription bunches and never received such terrible flowers - mostly dead looking ( they do NOT revive after 24 or 48 hours or at all .) Sometimes the petals have already fallen off before they arrive . They look like half a bunch of the worst garage flowers you could buy . The last bunch was under half the size of the accompanying picture . The number of flowers they send is pitiful , it is so few that you could not call it a bunch and the choice is awful , they looked dreadful. Go to a decent florist or good supermarket ,. A complete waste of money . Disgraceful ! I do not wish to give the order number as I do not wish any contact , nor do I want this company to contact me by email .

Still waiting for promised phone call from customer service on 20th August. Two out of six blooms were extremely poor quality.

Ordered and on day of delivery received an email stating a refund with no explanation. Flowers not delivered for a birthday and too late to source alternative. Refund still not received 5 days later

Unfortunately the incorrect address was given when the order was placed resulting in the incorrect person receiving your gift. We offered a goodwill 50% refund so you could place the order again to the correct address, and everything was explained in an email we sent on Thursday - very sorry if this was missed. When the flowers turned up some of the leaves were dead and the flowers seem dry. Really disappointed as they were an anniversary gift.

I ordered 'The Jeanie' bouquet as a gift and was extremely disappointed, the bouquet that arrived was nothing like the pictures advertised. On complaining to Bloom and Wild they did deliver a replacement bouquet, 'The Scottie', but unfortunately the roses wilted the next day. Overall, I definitely wouldn't order again from here, use a local florist instead.

Just tried to make a very large order, the person could not take payment as he couldn’t access the procedure, transferred me to another rep who was worse, then had a recorded message to ring back. This happened twice and made me feel insecure that the system was not safe. It used to be a pleasure ordering from you but this has been s nightmare and very disappointing.

The flowers which were Fiona looked absolutely nothing like the photo on the website so disappointed also delivered on the wrong day When I complained Kieron just said give them 24 hours how he expected them to look like the website photo is unbelievable £36 wasted sadly will never use Bloom and Wild again

I picked this company as it came up when I searched for 'local deliveries' but it turned out not to be local to me. I booked a flower delivery date (for my friend's 'birthday') a number of days ahead of her special day - but after payment completed received the message saying that the delivery is likely to be on time but could arrive the next day :-/ - which was the case for me, the flowers were a day late and missed the birthday. When they arrived - though the website warns they may be buds and just need water to spring to life, having been an extra 24 hours in transit, the flowers were really squashed, mishapen and looked very tatty. Overall, very disappointed with the service and found it particularly poor value for money. Would not recommend.

I received some flowers recently which were very sparse and cheap roses were used that did not open, this isn’t the first time this has happened. I ordered some flowers for my daughter for Valentine’s Day which again very sparse, broken filler flower and foliage and flowers over in a few days. I will not use again. Your flower are not cheap either!!
