“I was introduced to your company by a friend who sent me a beautiful bouquet a while ago. Since them I have used your services and found them affordable and representative of images shown. I would also like to thank you for informing me that my last purchase may arrive later than expected. No other firm has offered such information. “I never cease to be amazed at how reliable and efficient Bloom & Wild deliveries are. I use you to send letterbox flowers as special occasion treats to my family and friends and you always deliver. The flowers arrive looking limp but following instructions soon perk up and are amazing. They also last very well”

“Very wide selection of flowers, plants and gifts. It’s easy to order, and I’ve always found the company so reliable. The points I collect make a welcome reduction on the cost and the offers I get sent as a result of being a customer. If ever issues arise, perhaps because I need to change a date on an order I’ve placed, it is always dealt with quickly and efficiently and if I ever have delivery issues - usually due to Royal Mail - the company are always helpful and go over and beyond to sort it out.”

“I am such a loyal Bloom & Wild customer. I have used them 100s of times! Their flowers are always fantastic. The lettterbox flowers are brilliant and they always open up beautifully. The customer service is also second to none. I’ve only ever had one issue with my many orders and the problem was fixed within 1 hour to a really high standard (replacement flowers automatically ordered without me asking and as soon as I logged the issue). It’s not often something going wrong improves your perception of a business but this definitely did. Couldn’t recommend Bloom & Wild more highly.”
