“ordered 4 identical roman blinds for one angled bay window. they were all made to our measurements. The patterns all matched on each blind which we hadnt requested.”

“I ordered four blinds and they are all too long. I phoned customer service department and was told they can be made up to 10mm either side of measurement given. I will now have to pay to have them altered, so disappointed. I will never buy from your company again.”

“Delivery times are about 4 weeks as apparently they are coming from abroad The estimated dispatch date is 10 working days before they are due to arrive I am very disappointed that I can’t be told were my blinds are being manufactured On my order that is not clear”

“We bought the shutters and what a difference it makes to all our windows they have transformed our rooms, give plenty of privacy as well as you can shut the bottom shutters and keep the top open for light. Very quick service and shutters well made and easy to fit.”
