“Not very impressed! I ordered two blinds on the 18th November. After checking on the 'track order' as requested, I could see that the dispatch date kept being extended. On writing an email today to check where my order was, I was called by the customer service department, whereby they informed me that they had 'bad news, and unfortunately my order had been lost'. However their solution was to either refund me or reorder! However, as far as I'm concerned, this in NOT a new order, I'm just awaiting my original order to be made - however so far they have not expedited my order, and my order has been put to the back of the queue and offered me a new dispatch date of mid January - a month from now!! Really not acceptable.”

“I am sooo pleased with the blinds we ordered from Blinds 2 go. We ordered 2 venetian blinds and 3 bi-fold clickfit blinds and the quality is great as well as the amazing price and quick delivery. We had to wait slightly longer for the bi-fold ones as they are more bespoke but still only a couple of weeks for the whole lot (and earlier than the original delivery date given). They were so easy to fit and look lovely. I would highly recommend Blinds 2 go! Thank you!!”

“This was the fourth blind we're had from Blinds 2Go so it's about time I wrote a review. As always, the quality was top-notch. This one was a Roman blind over two metres long for the bathroom. It fits absolutely perfectly and looks great. Easy enough to install too. Five stars every time.”

“If you value your sanity, place your order with a reputable company that value customer service and efficiency. They do not value the interest of their customer. My order was not delivered on time which among other issues caused me a huge financial lost because I took time off work to accommodate this and paid for a fitter and lost that money. They did not update me at any point that the delivery was delayed and refused to issue a refund. In fact I was bluntly told to contact the bank. They were aware of my circumstances and did nothing to prioritise the order to ensure that it was delivered on the specified time given. The customer representative including the manager was very condescending and unhelpful. I had to literally beg her to contact the courier. I also requested a call back to manage my expectation and sort out what was an absolute mess and she did not have the decency to ring me back. I will never order from here again or recommend them to anyone.”

“As someone who has used and recommended Blinds2Go in the past I now write to say how very disappointed I am with my recent purchase. Having waited 3+ weeks for my blind it has now arrived in a package which obviously has been opened and taped back together with parcel tape. Whilst the blind looks as if it has not been damaged both securing brackets are missing thus making the blind unusable. I’m very disappointed with the lack of urgency in arranging to have the brackets expedited so that my guests can have some privacy when they arrive in 2 days time. Surprised to read that they can still supply blinds in time for Christmas on the website!”

“We decided to install blinds on two ground-floor windows for privacy. I was sceptical at first as I thought we should use someone to come and measure up, make and install. However, budget constraints changed our minds and so pleased they did. We measured up and ordered with a five-minute consultation at B2go and hey 4 weeks later shutter blinds arrived and have been fitted and look fantastic - perfect. Would have no hesitation in using this company again and strongly recommend it. I also think they will help with drafts on single-glazed windows! Happy days”

“No negative views at all. After making an order realised the following day I stupidly made my measurements in imperial but failed to convert to metric. They were very understanding and everything was sorted out. Very pleased with service and obviously the product too.”
