“Have been awaiting a delivery for over a month. Phoned twice and was told to ring back in a few days, and then got a notification that the order had been resubmitted over a month after my original order. Then the customer service team told me the courier was unable to make the delivery - strange because there was no phonecall or card left and why has the product been reordered from scratch? Have always been happy with or previous orders from here but don't feel customer service team are being honest or helpful.”

“Excellent service. Our long blind arrived well packed with good instructions. It was fitted to a wooden baton and we found the fitting easier to do on the floor before securing the baton to the alcove. Will certainly us again, many thanks”
