“The blind is a good fit and arrived on time and looks nice. However, I am bitterly disappointed that it was a single unit without a split, so presumably, I missed this option when ordering. The blind cannot be pulled back either, so cleaning the window is going to be awkward. My previous blind had a centre split and pull cords that pulled it to the side of the window. It was also irritating having to look online for instructions on fitting and even this was not simple as these cannot be accessed without the order number. A simple instruction sheet in the box would have been so much easier.”

“Ordering was very easy, took a while for the blinds to arrive but the tracker meant that we knew when they would arrive. Easy to install. I am not sure the quality matched the price tag but overall I am happy with the blinds.”

“Excellent quality blinds- exact sizes etc that was ordered. Delivered in a few days if ordering. Only negative was that I was unsure if putting my card details into the site, so called the phone number to pay but they don’t take card payments over the phone? Not everyone has internet and an email etc- so I had to get my daughter to help. Other than that- excellent!!”

“Blinds are brilliant,instructions are not good,and not detailed enough especially how you 'lay out ' the rails,its so easy to have everything ready to go and the you find the outside contours that the corner bracket fixes onto is round the wrong way,you have them on the inside, instead of the outside and its so frustrating.”
