“After installing the blind it came to my attention that the tilt mechanism wasn’t working and one of the strings that lifts the blind was not attached, which meant the blind did not lift as it was supposed to. I managed to fix both of the issues so the blind now works but i am disappointed that I had to carry out both fixes on a new product in the first place.”
