“Top quality products that are great value for money. Ordered two cordless roller blinds and cannot fault them. Utilising the Tuiss Bluetooth motor units the blinds look great and are very easy to install and set up.”

“Extremely happy with my Roman blind, the quality is excellent. It was well packaged and delivered before anticipated date. Currently choosing another fabric to order 2 more blinds. I requested several fabric samples which arrived within a couple of days. Great service all round.”

“Very poor service, the most stressful experience I’ve ever received, bough blinds not has pictured on website. Complained after days of complaining & arguing with management, they sent 2 other blinds reverse roll. Another set blinds came with winder broken, and brackets that don’t fit blind. This has been going on from 11 Jan 23 - Feb 7th. It’s been very stressful & upsetting. The management were terrible, I have spent at least 3hrs in total on phone over past few weeks, plus numerous emails, never have I had to deal with anything like this before.”

“I ordered 3 blinds initially and was pleased with them.Then I ordered one more and the last one was very different...lots of the fittings were different from the others with no instructions in the box or online to fit the top strip cover( I used velcro in the end to attach to the blind). The blind itself looked more plastic than wood and had four lines of cord running down instead of three. It was in the 30% sale but had I been made aware it was so different from the first ones I had ordered I would have paid the extra to have the same quality. Needs to be more transparent description when ordering Sale items.”

“A must have in your home. There’re easy to fit, well made great colour choices and looks fabulous in your home. It’s an efficient service from the beginning, choosing and payment lastly delivery. These blinds are of a high standard easy to clean no fuss, you’ll be sorry not too! 10/10 excellent! Our new home has 8 blackout blinds and we have measured for blinds in our large garden room at a cost of £500 which we know will look the part! Hurry buy now before you loose the chance of any bargains.”

“Excellent customer service, so helpful on the phone when asking for advice. Blinds are great quality and a brilliant selection to choose from. We got the day and night blinds and they are fantastic. They give enough light in the day, have privacy (as fitted on front of house windows) and privacy at night when closed, no one can see in. Great delivery and turn around time. Highly recommend the service”

“Great range of blinds available with good choice of colours. Free samples were really useful. Easy to follow measuring instructions. Ordering system very straightforward and product arrived well within promised date. Quality of product great and easily fitted with the instructions provided.
