“I have used blinds2go on several occasions and have been happy with the goods, service and price. The only slight grumble I have is with the cost of the delivery, feel a little excessive for the weight of goods. In the past the slats have come rolled up in another box, have found that it can take some time for them to level out, however, with my last order the slats came flat in the same box as the head rail, this is a great improvement.”

“I have bought 3 slatted wooden blinds to fit inside windows and 1 Roman blind to fit exact measurements and all four blinds have been delivered promptly and have been easy to fit with the handy fitting video. The quality is really good for the price and I would highly recommend blinds2go.”

“I have been buying from Blinds 2 go for a number of years now. I am unsure why they have opted for wand operation instead of chain operation. On longer blinds wand is stiff and harder to draw. Maybe you can grease the track or give the option for chain operation. Also my last order the round metal clamp that's meant to hold the drawstring fell off. I had to disassemble the blinds in my client's house to get it back on. Not ideal guys. Lucky I knew what I was doing. Maybe you can put on that metal ball clamp as well as a knot to secure it?? Apart from the two issues, good quality blinds and good delivery times. I have also noticed that you have changed the way you packaged and deliver blinds. One final piece of advice, if you can protect the ends of the blinds a bit more as they are more often than not cracked or broken. I am on about either end of the blinds where the square plastic fits in. Thanks, A D Services”

“Ordered 4 faux wood blinds. Should have 22cm between tape ladders.. 2 have and are correct . Other 2 have 32cm between tape ladders. When I rang they said it was correct. As blinds are smaller this means less tape. I get that but gap shouldn't be wider surely.. After constant ringing I have a anastasia sorting it for me but have to have diff blinds for smaller 2”
