I have been buying from Blinds 2 go for a number of years now. I am unsure why they have opted for wand operation instead of chain operation. On longer blinds wand is stiff and harder to draw. Maybe you can grease the track or give the option for chain operation. Also my last order the round metal clamp that's meant to hold the drawstring fell off. I had to disassemble the blinds in my client's house to get it back on. Not ideal guys. Lucky I knew what I was doing. Maybe you can put on that metal ball clamp as well as a knot to secure it?? Apart from the two issues, good quality blinds and good delivery times. I have also noticed that you have changed the way you packaged and deliver blinds. One final piece of advice, if you can protect the ends of the blinds a bit more as they are more often than not cracked or broken. I am on about either end of the blinds where the square plastic fits in. Thanks, A D Services
