“I had a major problem with 2 blinds that didn't match other 2 I had. I ordered 4 all at once but they were 2 different styles. After a lot of calling Anastasia sorted.it out for me. She went above and beyond and got all my blinds to match. Thankyou Anastasia x”

“Super helpful on the phone. Ordered 10 blinds of various sizes, delivered in advance of projected date. All individually boxed and of excellent quality. The fitting guide made them a breeze to put up. Quality product and quality service - couldn’t be happier with our new blinds. Highly recommended.”

“Smart, clean tidy lines. Easy to install. There was a delay on manufacture, and then they came staggered one a week but we were not in a great rush so happy to wait, it was worth it.”

“The ordering system, dispatch time and the quality of the blind is excellent, it was DHL that let the experience down they changed the delivery 3 times and in the end left the parcel outside and I had to come home from work to bring it in.”

“Paid an extra £10 for next day delivery, as I missed the cut off for that by 5 minutes (not made aware despite calling them) I did not get them. I called and because I missed the cut off they advised it now takes 3 days to get them. Basically, had I ordered them the following day and paid the next day delivery i would have got them sooner. Utter shambles, even the agent said it makes no sense but it is what it is. Shocking business, do not deal with them.”
