“The blind material and workmanship is great, pity the size wasn’t right,I had to put 1/4 of an inch packing one end and 1/2 an inch the other to make it fit.”

“I ordered 2 blinds the only difference being was the colour. There was a delay in supplying these due to the corona virus which I understand. However, there was a several week delivery in time scale between the two blinds arriving. The first one arrived and was well designed and made, however when the second one arrived it was obviously to a different design and I suspect a different supplier. The material and fixings were to a totally different specification to the first blind. Whilst the second blind is OK it is different to the first blind and slightly inferior.”

“Love our new blinds fit perfectly.. ordered online many emails to say when theyd be dispatched as made to order. Both blinds came very quick considering the circumstances were in. Very pleased!”

“Easy ordering and lots of choice. Good quality blind. Well made and looks very good at our window and we have already ordered 2 more. However the company could have made it clear that they do not supply the screws to fix the blind to the wall. There was also a small dark mark on the top aluminium part of the blind that had not been sprayed. This was hidden when the blind was up by the wooden baton that goes across the top”

“Great customer service, fair pricing, lovely end product. I had ended up ordering nearly 10 samples, this alone was really helpful as we just weren't sure what colour blind was going to work. We finally picked one and placed the order. It was all self explanatory and delivered within three weeks, which given the current situation, was good. We had some small issues fixing the blind up (more likely our lintel and operator error) but we did it and we are really happy with the final look.”

“Good quality blinds, quick delivery and a reasonable price. But, despite putting accurate measurements in to the website, the blinds did not come as per the measurements and were too short for the windows. Based on that I would not use the company again.”
