“I paid a lot more for my blind than I expected to pay because I fell in love with the design on my blind. However I wasn't disappointed. We followed the measuring instructions and found it easy to install. The blind looks amazing and exceeded my expectations and well worth the cost. Will use this company again.”

“Good communication regarding measuring. Easy website for ordering. Delivery affected by covid 19 but the goods arrived in a very respectable period in spite of that. Love is like a good product although I'm still waiting for my daughter to put it up for me. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others”

“There were certain problems with my shutters. The plates on the frame that receive the magnetic catch were positioned in the wrong place on the left hand side of the frame. I had to drill new holes and move the plates around 15mm so that the catches lined up correctly. I now have 2 holes in the frame where the old plates were. Also the centre mullion was not pre-drilled as described in the instructions.”

“Ordered the duo-light blind for one of my windows with the idea of doing the rest (no chance). Fitting the connecting plate to the window seal was a nightmare , despite using the washing up liquid as recommended.Fitted the blind and despite the measuring being accurate (double checked by son in law who is in the building trade) there were gaps at the top and sides.Not impressed with the fit and will probably shop around for a better product.”

“i was nervous about ordering on line however all went well. It is a lovely blind. The samples came quickly and the guidance was clear on how to measure the blinds. i did go on line to get some clearer guidance on how to click in the blind, tilting it was the answer, from there it was easy to do.”

“Purchased Venetian blinds that were listed as waterproof and ideal for a bathroom. Within 2 years it rusted, clearly a material fault. And when I spoke to them to complain I was brushed off with warranty excludes Water or moisture damage. This company have clearly Misold me a product. See the advert from their website (in the pics) See the blinds (in the pics) I do not recommend, avoid at all costs.”

“Honestly can’t tell you how happy we are with are new blinds. The ordering process was really easy and blinds where made and delivered with email updates of processing and when arrived really easy to fit and was perfect size thank you again”
