“3 blinds ordered on 16th April and given a delivery date of 10-14 days. Their email response is appalling and when I track my order it states delivery is estimated around 25th May (42 days) and the blinds are manufactured abroad (probably China) a fact which they blatantly omitted to state on the order...knowing full well that most people would not have ordered from them. Not responding to emails either, so I am having to revert to my credit card company for a refund. BE WARNED THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTATED SELLERS and of course they took my money on the 16th April.”

“Our first order of Roman blinds were great no issues they fitted perfectly i then ordered bifold blinds these they dont tell you are s very loose fitting and have to be adjusted on a daily basis. We now have conservatory blinds They are much better quality and do not require daily adjust to stay open! Trying to get a refund wAs difficult as you dont deal with one person you have to run through the issues everytime! You also have to add Photos that require several people to assist when your alone with you g children this isn't helpful! Plus the blinds wouldnt stay in place and we were in lockdown so i couldnt get anyone to help take these measurements the only helper i had was a 3 yo! I have always bought blinds from blinds 2 go and this is my first issue i have had with the service and quality! If you have bi folds do not buy the bifold blinds they are poor quality and not the best design for moving doors! They are held in with a piece of plastic that ruins the rubbers in the doors!”

“The order arrived plus part of someone else's order. When we came to put them up there were no brackets. I contacted them via email and was told that someone would contact me. I have tried since and just get the message 'Whoops something has gone wrong'”

“Our Welwyn Mottled Grey vertical blinds were delivered yesterday and I fitted them immediately. They fit perfectly and look beautiful! We're very pleased thank you Blinds 2 Go!! 👌🏻 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Firstly I received some good size samples that made choosing the correct colour easy. Once I ordered the blinds they arrived quicker than estimated. The blinds fitted the window recess perfectly and came with good fitting instructions. Now the blinds look great and work perfectly.”

“Ordered my blinds just as we went into lock down due to the Coronovirus 19 and was very impressed with blinds2go as I received several emails assuring me I would be priority once they were able to resume work, it was fantastic customer service. As soon as they were able to operate again my blinds arrived within a couple of days. I am absolutely delighted with them, they look amazing and the instructions given made the hanging of them really simple. Well done blinds2go for outstanding customer service, a fantastic product which fit perfectly and at very good price its a 10 out of 10 from me”

“Arrived well packed and safely delivered. Amased that blind had been made to my exact measurements and so very simple to put up into the fixed pelmet. Material was identical to the sample we sent for.All in all an excellent product and the staff at the end of the phone answered queries promptly and the advice was what I needed th complete the job. Excellent. Thank you.”

“Service, choice, price and delivery are excellent. However what appears to be a new universal bracket that can be fitted to either end is poor compared with other brackets I have received. Using this universal bracket means there is a tendency for the blind to jam if you don't pull the control chain down vertically. Also if the fabric runs off it can fray to easily against the end plates of the roller. These plates could easily have chamfered edges to minimise any potential damage.”
