“Speedy delivery & helpful staff, but disappointed with quality of blind mechanism - very clunky”

“Customer service good but disappointed with quality. Recently had vertical blinds made and fitted by local company and thought I'd get some more from blinds2go. Although they fitted and did what they were supposed to, the quality of all parts was inferior (e.g. plastic chain v metal), and i am not sure how long they will last. Rather pay a little bit extra for quality.”

“My address was incorrect on the package which lead to delays and needed several phonecalls from me to the carrier to give them the right one (Blinds2go missed off the house number). Packaging was quite basic and the blinds were damaged on receipt (only the pelmet so I chose not to fit that).”

“Quality of the blinds is ok. The plastic finish of the draw pulls makes the product look cheap. Also the clear plastic cleat and the fixing mechanism for the cover plate are poor quality which really detract from the look of the blind. Expected better for the money”

“Poles at bottom of blind far to narrow for opening there is a large gap between pole and stitching and stitching is not very straight. Ordered 3blinds and pole only fits properly in one of them. Quality control???”

“Good quality fabric, but dissapointed that it was not backed and therefore the top fold lets in light which cheapens the look. Also, the segments are larger than anticipated for the window size. Slight flaw in part of the fabric too. A good initial on-line shopping experience, but overall product not as expected.”

“Very pleased with the quick delivery and quality of the slats, however the slats were pulling upwards on one side due to the ties not be tied equally, hence the slats were curved. We did manage to work out how to put this right. More attention is required to finish.”

“Materials good, the fitting isn't very sturdy. I measured the window accurately and theres still gaps where people can still see things from outside. Wont order these again.”

“We have bought a number of blinds (roman and velux) and have been extremely happy with the quality, service and ease of fitting, however, our latest blind didn't have the same quality feel or finish and the pulley was metal when all previous pulleys were white. it was almost as if it had been made by someone else. we will continue to use Blinds 2go and have recommended the company to friends who have also been very happy with their blinds for the same reasons.”

“The first order we place the adjustment were tight. The problem was resolved when you happily replaced the rail. The second order the length is wrong on at least one blind by 10mm. Unfortunately we are away for a fortnight so we will be in contact when we return”

“Front room blinds were venetian white gold and they are fantastic. Cant say the same fr the bedroom. Blavk outs were over sized and the wrong color.”

“Can't fault the service etc but not happy with the actual blind. They suppose to be sheer to allow me to see out whilst stopping people seeing in. I can't see out very much, they are not as sheer as described, blinds when down make the room too dark. The picture on line is misleading :(”

“Fast Delivery, good price and have been very happy with all the blinds we have purchased before, but this time all 4 blinds had faulty catches so that we could not release the blinds without a lot of tugging and the use of a screwdriver. So bring back the old catches!”

“The blinds took a little longer to arrive than it said on the site. They are not the greatest quality, little touches like the pull down cord would of been nicer with metal instead of plastic "dongles". Also they come off easily as only a knot in a whole is holding it in the dongle making them pretty much redundant as you have to pull the actual string to raise the blinds.”

“I have ordered many blinds. The vertical blinds are great. I would have given 5 stars BUT, despite a long order history I was unable to persuade customer services to provide me with a short off-cut of header rail in order to design a box to enclose a roller blind and determine required order dimensions; apparently "we don't do that" was considered an adequate response - extremely disappointing given other experience.”
