“Very good ordering system on line. Lovely product. Very quick order and delivery time. Reason for 4 star not 5 is that the blind arrived with only a 1ft long chain to wind up with. Ridiculously short.”

“Sample arrived promptly, easy to order, price reasonable and delivered within time scale. Only criticism chain for raising and lowering to short its in a window at the back of kitchen units and it's a struggle to reach over the work tops to the chain”

“Really like the blind. But there were a few chips out of the ends of one side of the blind. Like it had been cut incorrectly. You can't see them at a distance, but can close up. Plus one of the pull cord weights was chipped.”

“I took the risk in ordering 8 blinds in one go having done the research my and compared several samples. What made the difference was the specialist knowledge Customer Services possessed in for example, the specific measurements when the blinds were stacked, so I could calculate how much of the window pane might be covered. The regular updates detailing the progress made in the manufacture and dispatch was a surprise - and very welcomed. Delivery was even on time, well packaged and undamaged! The quality of the blinds were better than imagined, fit the windows perfectly and were relatively easy to erect. My one concern is that the blind pull mechanism opening and closing the Venetian (horizontal slatted) blinds feels too thin and long term, I worry it could break if worn. Saying this, the blinds have been up for approximately 4 weeks now and work perfectly. Would I use Blinds-to-go again? Without any hesitation, even with the above reservation. The quality is equal to shop bought blinds and the savings significant. My best advice? Do your research and measure your windows three times to make sure you get the perfect fit.”

“Prompt delivery. The velux blackout blinds seem to be of reasonable quality once assembled (although there is a slight gap at the bottom). Only gripe is the instructions that aren't all that clear. Once you have assembled one it is easy enough to repeat.”

“excellent blind,very easy to install, however was expecting ups tracked delivery and got a nice chap called dave in a white van who delivered blind, lucky i was in at the time also vertical blind not operated with a wand as i was expecting but with a side cord pull, works fine.”

“Blind been made up on reverse of sample therefore colour different to that expected disappointing done samples had label on the front and some on the back very confusing.”

“Blind lovely arrived as advised and all good. Only problem is the length - the blind keeps retracting up at the moment and leaves about 2 inches gap at the bottom which means its not covering the light coming in. Not sure if this will improve with use.”
