“First time ordering a made to measure blind and cost very reasonable. I only wish that they had asked for the required length of the chain, as it is very very short and makes closing the blind difficult, as it over my sink. I have to get a stool to close it as the chain is only about 20cm from the top of a window with a depth of 1m. It needed to be at least 3 times this length. Also I expect the bottom weighted bar to come out of a cut to fit blind, but really it should be stitched in to a made to measure.”

“Excellent product but the instructions were wrong. Brackets need to be space 15mm further apart than the width of the blind, not 35mm. Ended up with 4 unwanted screw holes.”

“I ordered 3 roman blinds. All were ordered as exact size. However, one was made 2cms longer than order. That meant it isn't an exact fit”

“Everything was really easy and quick, good prices and lots of choice, very straightforward assembly, only reason its not full marks is due to my parcel being slightly damaged on delivery, (this was noted at time of signing) didn't think anything of it until I put the blind up and the plastic stick to turn the blind had snapped off, not a major issue as I just used 1 from an old blind to save the hassle of returning etc.”
