“Excellent Quality and Price but they made some mistakes with my order. The drop on 1 of the blinds was totally wrong. They have brilliant Customer Services and they quickly sent a replacement telling me to keep the old one (saved me a lot of hassle returning it). But the replacement has a totally different blind style labelled on the box. When opened, it appears to be the correct style but I won’t know until I fit it. I highly recommend them IF you can afford to allow for mistakes. If you need to get your blinds right first time, in my experience, you may want to go elsewhere.”

“Couldn't fault the service,product way beyond expectations. Just one minor gripe....with overhead fixing brackets supplied with the larger width blind. The standard kit only contained two brackets,and due to the width ,I would have expected three. Other than that I was very pleased .”

“Wonderful blind but makes a strange ticking noise ( like something is in the top bar) when pulling blind up or down. Very strange but after going on line to check it had been put up correctly we just can’t figure out what he noise is. This noise goes away after about a minute.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the blinds and the mechanisms, our only slight disappointment was the length of the chain, being short it means we have to reach up over floor cabinets to raise and lower the blind, otherwise no problems.”

“Happy with roman blinds....but not happy that the label is at the bottom of the blind and visable when looking at the window from the outside do not want to attempt to remove and damage the blinds. Maybe could be addressed In the future”

“The overall standard of service was very good, we are very happy with the materials used and the samples and blinds all turned up promptly however the bottom of the blinds were not cut square to the sides so appear to be a little out of level”

“Really good blinds, very happy with them. Price was pretty reasonable as well, considering they’re made to order. I only rated 4 stars as one of the blinds wouldn’t fit a bedroom, as the wall either side aren’t completely level. I informed blinds2go, and was told they can’t alter the blinds. But did give us 25% off a new blind, once I re-sized it.”
