“Blind quality is very good but the 10mm allocated for recess is not adequate as the metal plus slat is greater than said size.”

“Value for money - very good Installation instructions - not so good. I bought Five blinds, once I had worked out how to install them it was easy, but I had to solve it myself! Please review your instructions!”

“The blinds was excellent. Easy to fit and put up. My only disappointment is that I paid £7.95 delivery and because I popped out to collect my daughter from school.. I had to travel 3 mile to collect my blind myself.. what was the point of paying so much for delivery, if I had to travel to collect..”

“First of all, well done on next day delivery samples sent. I would've rated 5 stars, but half of the blinds came damaged, they came in two boxes, one of them was bent, so all the blinds inside had dents on the main support area. Because I had only a day left to the job completion, I didn't had time to ask refunds or return, straightened myself the damaged metal to get the job done in good time. On one blind I couldn't repair the mechanism, it goes up and down but the slates don't spin. I had @2 m long blinds, and @1.1 m blinds. All the long ones were damaged and two of the smaller ones as well. So good experience with the main company, disappointed with the damage due to delivery/transportation.”

“Great blinds, really happy with them. Finishes my conservatory off nicely. Shall buy from you again. The only negative was the delivery from UPS. Seeing the state of the parcel when it arrived i feared the worst. However surprisingly all the blind where fine.”

“Good quality blinds and relatively easy to fit. However, I would have preferred more comprehensive instructions regarding the best way of fitting the mounts in the tight space of the top window corners - the optimum position may not be accessible with a large drill and standard length drill bit, which will compromise the effectiveness of the blackout. I ended up using my old hand drill to get the mounts as close to the corners as possible.”

“ordering was easy and very quick delivery, my only gripe would be that some of the pictures advertising the products use are a little missleading. I ordered velux blinds that looked like they let light through in the picture however they were fully blackout blinds.”
