i think blakely clothes are amazing but i think the refund process is an absolute joke so i probably won’t be ordering again for that’s reason !!!!!

It’s two weeks since my order should have been delivered and still I haven’t received any update after the original update stating that it was in transit. Awful customer service support!!

I wouldn’t recommend. Although I received a refund which I then had to wait for the email communication was pretty poor and recommendation that I re-order my purchase when every colour was out of stock was pretty ridiculous.

The return policy was a joke - I had to wait nearly two weeks. Communication could of been a lot better! I was told in a email by the person who sent it she could “ see what she could do “ as i asked for a gesture of good will for the inconvenience as I had to send my hoodie back due to the stitching. There wasn’t even points offered for my inconvenience. I took the hoodie straight to the post office as soon as the return label came through. It finally arrived ( nearly two weeks later ! ) It’s really not good enough for a £60 item. A gesture of good will goes a very long way , the customer service was really poor !!

The carrier has lost the parcel. I have emailed twice now asking for a refund. I have had zero response from my last email! Very poor customer service!
