Awful company, very untrustworthy. Shocking returns policy, no customer services to speak to an advisor. Poor quality clothes. Please avoid.

I have been buying from Blakely multiple times a year, however recently they changed their shirt sizing. As a regular buyer, I didn't think to check the sizing chart as assumed the sizing is the same. When it arrived it was much smaller and unwearable. I requested for their return policy to get a larger size sent. Their return policy required me to spend almost as much as the shirts cost to return and get new ones sent. When I shared my situation with Blakely Support they were less than helpful. Our of principle I will not be buying from this online store again.

Attention ⚠️ malgré un lavage délicat et à l'envers, la gomme de l'écriture "blakely" s'est collé sur elle même et s'est par conséquent abîmé au retrait! Le service client me répond que je l ai acheté il y a plus de 6 mois et refuse un échange. (1 bon d'achat de 10€...). Sachant que je ne l ai pas mis et lavé plus de 5fois. N acheté pas les sweats avec la gomme mais plutôt ceux avec la broderie, ils tiennent mieux. J en avais acheté plusieurs.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I hate writing negative reviews but cannot believe the service I received. I ordered a tracksuit 6 weeks ago and was sent completely the wrong order, no issue mistakes happen. However it has then taken 6 weeks and 18 emails for me to get a partial refund. I gave up trying to get the tracksuit I ordered so instead just ended up asking for refund. The order originally cost £98, firstly they refunded me £5.60! Then after a few more emails I got a further £86. At this point I am sick of contacting them but I know one thing I will NEVER order from them again! After all if this I didn’t even get an apology.

Spent over £100 over 3 weeks ago! Order hasn't even been dispatched, clearly a scam. Have opened a fraud case with the bank to get money back. Tried the chat, just an automated response from a bot, tried emailing and commenting on social media, same response from a bot. Terrible company and customer service. Avoid at all costs.

The material that this sweatshirt is made of is the worst feeling material. It's the worst wearing sweatshirt. It feels like foam that they squished, put Blakely on the back of it dyed it green, and sent it out. Please do not waste your money! I have bought every other kind of sweatshirt from this company and they are all fabulous especially the Idris! They are the best I love this company, but that women's sweatshirt was a huge fail!

Appalling experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I made a substantial order with this company and ended up having to return 4 items. All were in original packaging and unworn. I received an email from their ‘ customer service ‘ saying they could not accept the return as it had a ‘ strong odour ‘. When questioned about this, not only was my response ignored, but my return was sent back to me. I have opened the return and there is NO ODOUR. They even sent one of the sweatshirts back not in its packaging. Absolutely disgraceful. Sharp practice. They say they offer returns but are unwilling to honour them. BEWARE and do not purchase from them. Worst experience ever from a company and I have purchased from many. BE WARNED. If I could leave no stars I would.

The first order was 'lost'  I now find myself 8 days before leaving for holiday with £100 worth of clothing again missing!!!!!!  i sent back for an exchange via 'special recorded delivery by 1pm' for my own piece of mind this was received by you 7 days ago.  Attached you will find ALL the proof of deliveries, if you have looked into this and it has not been processed yet, you have major internal issues that need sorting...  Customer service long winded poor robotic responses.

I have bought quite a few bits from here which aren’t cheap. When I flagged up the the black leggings, which I ordered along with the hoodie and sports bra, had faded after one wash at 30 degrees they would not allow an exchange. I clearly showed a picture showing the colour change against the top - for £44 leggings it’s a joke. They tried to say it was a different range, even though I explained twice they started the same exact same colour. Pretty poor response to be honest. Basic quality - had they been cheap ones from primark I wouldn’t have been so bothered. Tried fobbing me off with a £15 voucher to force me to spend more money, as a new pair of leggings at £44 falls under the £70 minimum spend, so I’ll be losing another £3-£7 on delivery costs in addition. Not worth the money in my opinion.

My jumper when washed the fluff from the inside came out all over the jumper and all the other washing … apparently this is normal! I have never heard of such a thing and it has not happened to any of my other products! Very poor for a £60 jumper !

I'm disappointed by the lack of response and attention from customer service regarding my return concerns. Clear return instructions should be included in the package, not hidden on the website, causing delays and frustration. I also incurred a 10 Euro shipping cost that competitors would compensate. Please review and improve return procedures, provide clear instructions, and consider compensating the shipping cost. I hope for a prompt resolution.

Awful company. Sent two items back over three weeks for an exchange, sent countless emails requesting an update on when the exchanges will be sent. They completely ignore emails. Won’t be using again. Terrible returns/customer service experience

I've bought two shirts (different colors). After the first wash, one has completely shrunk the other is still normal. The customer service said it's my fault during the wash which is just not true. I followed the instruction and one shirt is still ok so the other had/has just a bad quality. If a brand has such quality issues and this customer support I would not order anything.

Returned the original item and I had initially requested a exchange. Customer service emailed back to advise the item I wanted as exchange was out of stock in my size. I emailed back to therefore request a refund. They ignored this email and several days later emailed to say they sent the exchange in my size as it came into stock. I did not request this and therefore went back asked for a refund as initially requested. Since then they are taking no responsibility other than saying there was "miscommunication" in their departments and that customer service were not aware that the item had been sent out. Utterly ridiculous. They still have not refunded me. Instead are asking me to investigate why the item they sent never arrived. I have sent them the tracking photo to show someone with a blakely package...by what looks like a communal front door..they again are ignoring this and asking me to investigate....which I won't be doing as I didn't ask them to send me the item and I haven't recieved it! DO NOT RECCOMEND this company...customer service just ignore any complaint and won't take any accountability. Won't be purchasing from them and would advise to avoid

I sent an item back for exchange. I have no response from them. They have received my item back but not sent out a exchange. I am now out of pocket. I thought they were a trustworthy company but I am now thinking they are scammers and keep your item and your money

I ordered three pieces from Blakely. On delivery I discovered that one was missing. The package was undamaged. The fault was therefore clearly Blakely's. But they say...supposedly everything was done properly when packing the parcel. No compensation. Stay away from this company
