“My order took longer than what you said it would and I wanted to exchange my t-shirt for a smaller size but you have to pay shipping that cost the same as I bought the shirt. Its ashame because the quality of items is great and the design, love.”

“Its very difficult if you have been bought something as a gift. You have to raise a return, then request a voucher, return the parcel, wait for the voucher to be sent to the person who bought the gift then you finally get a code to use. If you try to exchange your item nothing is in stock for you to do so. I had to liaise with 4-5 people to get the relevant information and still never got told how to have a refund as that would have been easier and i would have bought from somewhere else. Refund process is very long. You pay for returns yourself approx £3.50 for a top and bottoms.”

“Not enough of what you want in the right size. Material of some items is cheap & has a funny feel. Trousers are not a consistent size. Improve stock levels of popular sizes and be consistent with sizes.”

“I was excited to buy this Blakely fleece, but it has been disappointing. It sheds from both the inside and outside, leaving loose fluffy lint on everything — my clothes, furniture and bedding. I’ve washed it a few times and it still sheds. It’s comfortable, but the constant fluff makes it poor value for money.”

“Says oversized but they do come up really small!!! And the fluff inside boobys so make sure you wash it before wearing. Justs not impressed with the sizing.”
