The winter jacket ordered was delivered damaged. Probably with a cat knife 3 cuts were made. After sending pictures to Blakely and asking for an exchange, the exchange was refused. The reason given was that the damage was not a manufacturing fault and would not be refunded.
This is now the second time that Blakely have refused a refund. So the clothes are good, but you have to be lucky that everything fits and is not torn.
I had to get paypal involved to hopefully get a refund at all. It was only after I got Paypal involved that I had to send it back to them and I am still waiting for a reply. By the way, the item was shipped from a German seller but had to be sent to the UK.”
