“Quality you get awesome. Customer service is atrocious. If you’re ordering to the United States, they go through a shipment company that will charge you additional fees. But they were also charge you a shipment fee. Please be aware because it is not in bold letters where it shows the US shipping.”

“never received item as it was sent back by royal mail, I was never given an update on where my parcel was even after 2 weeks of waiting a consistent online chats, I was told I would get my parcel before the 8th of October for a birthday and that is now looking very unlikely and then to have the cheek to send me a review email.”

“Items arrived promptly, loved the hoodies though the black one keeps shedding fluff, hopefully it will stop after a few washes. Great quality. The leggings & joggers were not a good fit though. First time using this website and I will certainly buy their jumpers/hoodies again in the future”
