“I had intended on using credits I had accumulated but wouldn’t let me and disappeared . I had requested a change in size and product ( wanted the Black / pink hoodie and the black sweatpants to match in place of the 8/9 pink and was sent out the pink again so it cost me another £3.50 to send it all back”

“Blakely do have some good quality items but not happy with return policy. I now have 2 pairs of trousers I won’t wear again. Otherwise love all my other purchases from them. It has made me think about not ordering anymore item.”

“I would recommend Blakely however, when returning sizes that may be too small you end up having to pay the postage an extra £3.50. It could soon add up if you have to send back the product, once or twice, or even if your not happy with product.”
