“Blakley are the worst I’ve ever brought from I didn’t receive my item it’s still missing 2 weeks after I should of received it customer services are terrible and I don’t get replied to £175 worth of stuff i ordered they took my money but have ignored me since”

“Ordered xxl oversized. Based on the websites own review on sizes. The size was not even a standard xxl let alone a over sized one. I had to pay out my own money to return items that are not as described. Would not recommend as the customer will be liable for the returns fee even when it's not our own fault. Contacted them and told its not their fault when they describe sizes”

“Appalling customer service. Ordered a blue hoodie, was sent grey, had to pay for return even though it was their fault. Refused to let me contact a manager/supervisor.”

“The clothing seems good but the service is appalling and the size and colour seems to be very hit and miss. Colours are nothing like the website and items of the same size vary drastically in size. If you try and raise an issue you are totally ignored or told to pay to return the item yourself. Will never use again.”

“Sent 3 out of 4 items incorrect, I appreciate things go wrong sometimes. However I had to pay postage to return for their mistake, only after I had done so did they tell me I could have got free return postage if I clicked different options. The leggings that they sent had already been worn. They didn't even have labels on them, were covered in pet hair and bobbled. Absolutely appalling. I sent an email to explain and have been ignored. I wish I took photos but was genuinely so disappointed and just wanted a refund ASAP.”

“Jsut really horrible material and fit. Never had a hoodie like it. Not worth the money. I tried to wash it to see if it would help but it just made it worse. Nice and thick but it attracts every sort of hair or oose or anything.”

“Leggings arrived covered in white fluff??? So disappointing. To wear they are very slippy and slide down when walking or running as they don't grip to skin or even sports underwear. I wouldn't buy again sorry. My 1st purchase from Blakely , was so looking forward to getting into the brand, but I've changed my mind.”

“I cant really write a review as item was left outside my house when I was away for the night and was not there when I arrived home. The company has done nothing about this even though I have sent video door footage and proof that I wasn't there and got nothing back from them apart from nothing they can do. So not happy with this service and wouldn't recommend”

“Have received this hoodie- great fabric and quality but not representative of mineral blue- more like mint green. Have kept if because it’s a good hoodie- but genuinely disappointed with colour”
