Don’t order from them. Customer service has been shocking. They’re still not giving me back my postage as I had to return the item as it was nothing like what was shown on the website.

this,company is very poor with requires and customer services they are blut and don't listen or read there emails they block them I've sent loads and had no replies but the email come back that the recipient block it

My Blakely Clothing Order 1788929 of apex pro burgundy joggers was not delivered as promised. The EVRI company said they delivered but they did NOT according to our ring cam they did not fulfil my order delivery as promised. Verified by neighbours ring cam

never received item as it was sent back by royal mail, I was never given an update on where my parcel was even after 2 weeks of waiting a consistent online chats, I was told I would get my parcel before the 8th of October for a birthday and that is now looking very unlikely and then to have the cheek to send me a review email.

Won’t order from here again as I have effectively just given you £60 for nothing. It would be nice for someone to acknowledge this and get back to me or reply to one of my 3 emails.

Disappointed with the quality. I have had jumpers before ans gifts from family and had no issues so I do believe this is a fault in what a purchased. Unfortunately you wouldn’t know this until you had worn them and now I have wasted £100 on this outfit.

Good afternoon, I am following up on my email sent on 7th September regarding my order #1719939. Tracking shows it as delivered, but I have not received it, and despite checking with my neighbours, the parcel is still missing. It has now been over a week since I first contacted you and I have not received any response. Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the next steps to either locate the item or arrange a replacement/refund. This order was intended for my partner’s 30th birthday, which has now passed, and the lack of communication has been very disappointing. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this further through my payment provider. I would appreciate your prompt attention to resolving this matter. have emailed the customer service team a few times and I haven’t heard anything back. Unfortunately I live in a block of flats and my parcel was left outside my front door. When I returned home it was gone. I checked with all my neighbours but they hadn’t seen it. No one has bothered to contact me. As a company you’re so hard to get hold of.

The first time I have bought clothing from Blakely for my wife and i'm yet to receive the order. Its been sat in Royal Mail's depot for around a week. Don't think the 48hour delivery time is correct. Who knows when or if i'll ever receive the clothing?

I placed my order through the U.S. site, but it was shipped from the U.K., which resulted in unexpected duty fees of $38. The package was then held by DHL, and when I reached out for support, I was only met with automated AI responses repeating the same generic reassurance for 10 days. When I finally heard back from a human representative, I was told it was my responsibility to resolve the issue with DHL and arrange a return, offering no real assistance. This is highly disappointing and irresponsible customer service. No matter how good the products may look, the experience of hidden fees, lack of communication, and refusal to take accountability leaves a very negative impression. I think it’s important for others to know what they might encounter before ordering.

I didn't received any confirmation of my purchase, didn't receive my order. Ordered Apex tickets and bra. I already contacted customer service which they told me my order is delayed.Ask them to send my ticket separately but they told me to order them via website. I already paid for my order,no reason for me to order them again. You have a problem with your system -fix it please. Don't ask customers to make another purchase.
