No refund or response received - they hope you will give up chasing a for a refund despite the return falling in line with their T&C.

Do not buy from this company sent hoddie back 1 month ago for a smaller size had to pay for my own postage as well and still not had no refund or a smaller size sent back spoilt my daughter xmas thanks blakey

Failed to send item first time, second time it arrived late. It arrived to big, had to pay £5 postage to return and they tried to claim maggots were in the parcel and refused to exchange. Nightmare company to deal with, wish I read the reviews first

Returned the original item and I had initially requested a exchange. Customer service emailed back to advise the item I wanted as exchange was out of stock in my size. I emailed back to therefore request a refund. They ignored this email and several days later emailed to say they sent the exchange in my size as it came into stock. I did not request this and therefore went back asked for a refund as initially requested. Since then they are taking no responsibility other than saying there was "miscommunication" in their departments and that customer service were not aware that the item had been sent out. Utterly ridiculous. They still have not refunded me. Instead are asking me to investigate why the item they sent never arrived. I have sent them the tracking photo to show someone with a blakely package...by what looks like a communal front door..they again are ignoring this and asking me to investigate....which I won't be doing as I didn't ask them to send me the item and I haven't recieved it! DO NOT RECCOMEND this company...customer service just ignore any complaint and won't take any accountability. Won't be purchasing from them and would advise to avoid

I am writing to convey my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your company, Blakely Clothing. It appears that there is a recurring issue of intentionally sending incorrect items, potentially to create a situation where customers remain indebted to the company. While a gift voucher was provided as a resolution, I must express my dissatisfaction with this remedy, and I harbor suspicions that the mishandling of this situation may have been deliberate. Despite my efforts to address the error. Regrettably, the overall customer service experience has been subpar, compelling me to take further action. I feel compelled to caution potential customers about the practices of Blakely Clothing to prevent others from falling victim to what appears to be unscrupulous business practices.

I am absolutely gutted. I’ve had a black sweater that hasn’t lasted the test of time. I bought a black blakely sweater for both my husband and myself - constant lint despite lint removers and balls. Just constantly comes from it. I emailed them about it - no response. I’ve since ordered a maroon and forest green hoodie thinking perhaps the colour is different on others - terrible experience. I’ve washed the maroon and it’s started to have the colour run after 2 washes. Terrible customer service and return policy

Wonderful items but customer service is awful! Been trying to exchange a jumper which I have sent back over two weeks ago and heard nothing to confirm it’s there, nothing about exchange, no answers to my emails. Very disappointed! Might as well have thrown £59 to the wind and see if it came back.

Ordered a oversized hoodie on the 1st November in the chalk colour, washed it for the first time on Saturday and it's come out with dark patches all over the hoodie. I washed it the correct way and this had never happened to any other items of clothing, contacted Blakely to be told that it's not a manufacturing fault as it's more than 7 days since I purchased the item, despite me not wearing it until last week. They won't give me their complaints email address or deal with it any further so I will be contacting trading standards. Do not order from this company!;

My Leggings arrived and had a click in materiel and there was no tag on them. They appeared to have been worn. Blakely left me with no option but to pay for the return myself despite the item being faulty. Unimpressed with this service so I returned my full order!

Great quality and fit but this may sound odd but it's very gray...far more so than the picture gives it credit for and could be described as drab. If you like a very gray top, this is definitely one to buy
