“They send wrong orders very upsetting and annoying”

“No customer service skills! Ordered on 31/07, Royal Mail updated shipping on 01/08 and it is now 11/08 and no delivery! Contacted customer services and all they can say is keep checking tracking. Yes I have!! It hasn’t updated since 01/08, no help whatsoever”

“I would love to review my item but for that to happen I would have to of received my item which I haven't. My order was dispatched on the 14th July but I still haven't received it. I have emailed Blakely on a number of occasions but haven't received any help that has been offered satisfaction, either that or nobody responds!”

“I wouldn’t recommend. Although I received a refund which I then had to wait for the email communication was pretty poor and recommendation that I re-order my purchase when every colour was out of stock was pretty ridiculous.”
