I’ve emailed them and they haven’t responded and that was on the first of Jan. It’s real shame because I would constantly buy from there because I did get another jumper for Christmas and Washer and that was okay. It’s just this one their customer service is over which he would stop me buying again or recommending.

Customer service was poor. Just kept telling me it was the fabric and not a fault. Im not daft I know what I bought and what it was advertised as and looked like on arrival but not fot for wearing if it goes bobbly in one day. Outrageous!! Blakely didnt care

As I first time customer I was looking forward to receiving my new items, I ordered the over sized knitted jumper in 2 colours, removed from package and 1 of the jumper was already bobbling and I hadn’t even tried item on, then had to pay £20.75 to return! Won’t be using again

No refund for postage and you have to pay to return even though the size chart is way off. Tried to do an online exchange but everything was saying out of stock even though it was in stock to buy.

Given 1 star as I received a different top , wanted to exchange for the correct one but that didn't happen, got a refund but then couldn't find this to re purchase.

Never buying from Blakey again…Firstly it took ages to be delivered then when it finally arrived the hoodie seemed to be three sizes too big. Although I ordered a large so it fit oversized, it was like a 3XL. The material was nice but you could’ve got three people in there. Then when I came to return it, they charged £3.50 to return and I’d also used a promo code to get a discount which they said they would also be deducting from my refund which didn’t even make sense because that’s not what I had paid. So all in all I ended up waiting ages for a hoodie that was 3 sizes too big and I’m nearly ten pounds out of pocket for the experience.

Ordered for Christmas delivery for a Christmas present. I wouldnt of ordered if you was honest and said it wouldn’t make it for Christmas. Ot didnt arrive, it’s now the 4th of January and it’s still not here! Can’t seem to get hold of anyone cant seem to figure out where it is. So no. Im not happy and tbh ide be happy to just refund me my money back at this rate. It’s a joke.

Placed an order for two items of clothing on 19th December. It is now 4th January and still to receive items. Despite making contact with Blakely, they passed the buck to Royal Mail and I can’t make a complaint to Royal Mail as it has to be the sender who files any complaints for missing items. Will be forced to go through credit card to get money back.

The site let me order an item for my partner that wasnt in stock but instead of telling me it wasnt in stock they replaced it with the wrong sized item, no notice or warning given. Though they have been helpful with the return (yet to receive a refund) I wouldnt recommend.
