Bad customer service didnt recognise the issue

Ordered for Christmas delivery for a Christmas present. I wouldnt of ordered if you was honest and said it wouldn’t make it for Christmas. Ot didnt arrive, it’s now the 4th of January and it’s still not here! Can’t seem to get hold of anyone cant seem to figure out where it is. So no. Im not happy and tbh ide be happy to just refund me my money back at this rate. It’s a joke.

Placed an order for two items of clothing on 19th December. It is now 4th January and still to receive items. Despite making contact with Blakely, they passed the buck to Royal Mail and I can’t make a complaint to Royal Mail as it has to be the sender who files any complaints for missing items. Will be forced to go through credit card to get money back.

The site let me order an item for my partner that wasnt in stock but instead of telling me it wasnt in stock they replaced it with the wrong sized item, no notice or warning given. Though they have been helpful with the return (yet to receive a refund) I wouldnt recommend.

Never received it 19 days in and still waiting ai agent is useless and 0 customer service. When we did finally get email response say nothing they can do its a royal mail issue ..Well £150 order still un resolved ..

Website measurements wrong, the item way too big on me. So disappointing and tried to exchange but all out of stocks, returned have to pay postage. What a joke

I ordered 2 Travel Bags but when parcel arrived there was only 1-no paperwork at all included. Emailed them explaining situation. Was eventually informed after several emails and photographs that they would have to carry out an investigation with the courier and driver regarding missing Travel Bag. They then requested a signature from me agreeing for this investigation to take place.This process I was informed would take 7 days-i had heard nothing after 10 days so contacted them once again. Got a reply saying that everything their end was in order and this obviously made me feel as if I was in fact in the wrong and was lying. At no point did they say that problem could be at their end. They have no sent me the second Travel Bags I felt begrudgingly. Needless to say that I will not be recommending them to anyone and definitely will not be buying from them again. I have always been a supporter of local companies and will continue to do so but sadly not this one.

I didnt recieve the item (plus another one) which was supposed to be a christmas present. They couldn't resend it as out of stock and was only offered a voucher instead which is no use to me after christmas.

Although costumer service replies promptly, unable to sort things out. Placed an order for Xmas, after payment processed was advised that bottoms were out of stock and if I wanted something else instead ( like I have to choose something else that is available! I asked to get refunded and cancel everything. Got refunded but not the full amount I paid in full price.

Bought the Madalyn longline coat. A lovely looking coat, the design and the colour just on point and absolutely love the look. However the material is terrible, gets all bubbly and all. After my first wear it looked like i’ve owned it for years… unless the material changes, i wouldnt recommend, especially for the price.. would expect it to be decent quality.
