“It's very uncomfortable to have to face up to having a bladder/bowel issue and the staff that I had contact with were very understanding and helpful. The length of delays for appointments was the only point that I could make a negative comment about and maybe that's not something that can be controlled these days.”

“Hi I have tried to download the Just can’t wait to my iPhone but it only downloads to a pdf that I cannot open and does not go into the wallet ?? Any ideas as to why! Thanks”

“Since the initial call, I have heard very little contact from Bladdet and Bowel, and have had no support to speak of, in fact the service I have received has had me in tears, that now my husband deals with Bullens directly and have had no input with Bladder and Bowel for for quite sometime. Very disappointing as this is not what was promised over the phone, Unfortunately a company that as soon as they have your prescription you are just another number, would not recommend at all”

“Without this service I would be stuffed . I heavily rely on the product I receive every month. I was running out, phoned left an urgent msg and with 24 hours I had replacements. This is the only service i know that could have helped , hospitals in the whole of Hywel Dda don’t have the equipment as I found out to my cost !! So this service to the community is so valuable. And much needed”
