“I was desperate for some help. I was diagnosed with Radiological isolated syndrome in 2020. I often use public transport to get to work since I fractured my right shoulder last year. I often wait for a bus. I don't know when the urge to empty my bladder is going to happen. I have asked to use resurant and fast food places to use the toilet and often I am refused. I haven't used my can't wait card yet but it's great to have piece of mind.”
