“I have no recall of getting help from the 'community' even although have to endure unrinary incontinence and have quite a lot of occasions where I've lost bowel control also. Using a carers device & internet access once a week so have no real idea how to obtain the Just Can't Wait card. If someone there would care to advise me how to access that via post, I'd be very much thankful. Especially annoyed & upset that all/most of the public conveniences are closed down with no actual definitive cause as to why. Is despicable oligarchy rule. Kindly advise please? Non Combatant.
