“I've suffered from diverticulitis for twenty years.It effected my confidence,mainly because Iam very active and sociable.I worry that there are not many toilets around.I take pads and tena lady but it's all rather embarrassing.If I go out for a walk as me and my daughter are very active,I might need to go the toilet!!!I tend not to let it stop me but it does hinder my mobility.If I go out in the morning I do not have breakfast!!!It is manageable but skittle more support would be helpful!!!”

“I recently needed to use toilet facilities urgently, I showed my B&B card. The member of staff escorted me to the nearest facilities and asked if I needed any further assistance. I’m so glad I had my card”

The Just Can't Wait Card is accepted fairly widely, of course, it does rely on patience and understanding from the person you're asking - we recommend only using it in an emergency, and remembering that toilets are made available at the venue's discretion. Most people find the card helps them access a toilet in times of need, so we hope you have a similar experience.
