Never been in a picture community I was on my own hear my autistic 66 years old to in diapers all the time I get mine off NHS what brand tena not very good in bed

Unable to get a digital free toilet pass trying to use instructions given. Spent ages on it then asked for my bank card details!!!! Gave up!!!

Dear Jane, We're sorry to hear this - The digital Just Can’t Wait card will always remain completely free to use. The wallet technology used is similar to that of a loyalty card, so no payments or charges can be made. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are, however, capable of processing payments via other cards you might add to your mobile wallet – for example, credit cards. Within your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet account you can control all of your payment settings. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you. I registered and got an immediate hard sell for their pharmaceutical delivery company. This may or may not be good. What is not so good is that they present themselves as a "community" when they maybe are not. From the hard sell, I suspect this is a business or commercial organisation rather than a community. I want to know how they get their funding (the logo looks like an NHS one but apart from supplying a delivery service do they actually do any health work?) I don't mind if they are a business but they should be uprfront. I have tried looking at the website and if there is a section saying who they are and how they are funded, its buried away.

Dear Charlie, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The organisation was previously a charity, which couldn’t support itself. It went bankrupt and was recovered to enable this vital resource with all its free information, newsletters and support group to continue to be available; all of which serves the community that has been have built. The Home Delivery Service was brought in as an extension of our clinical support. Not a lot of place even let you use there toilet I have ibs and my bladder Is very weak so when I need to go I really need to go or ill have an accident and it happened in a shop as they refused for me to go

The Just Can't Wait Card is accepted fairly widely, of course, it does rely on patience and understanding from the person you're asking - we recommend only using it in an emergency, and remembering that toilets are made available at the venue's discretion. Most people find the card helps them access a toilet in times of need, so we hope you have a similar experience. Hi I have tried to download the Just can’t wait to my iPhone but it only downloads to a pdf that I cannot open and does not go into the wallet ?? Any ideas as to why! Thanks

My bowels are alright its just my bladderas I constantly am wetting my self and feeling embarrassed about it when I am out

Communication was a problem and I never got to explain that I am unable to self-catheterise owing to my disabilities They thought Simon and I live together, this is not the case!.

I tried a number of times to get either the app or the card and every time I tried I got so far and it said I would either get an email or text how to carry on but I never got either

I ordered a new card, as I lost my purse which my card was in, yet I have not received it, I have Diverticulitis, and have not been out since loosing my original card..... 😢
