Hi there Judith, thanks for your feedback - and we agree! Achieving meaningful change like this takes years, but we're always working in the background to try to get more shops and venues to recognise the toilet needs of others. Please be patient and stick with us, we'll make change together :) In the meantime, we're usually well infored that larger high street shops like Sainsburys are very helpful. I don't, have any contact with my stoma nurse what so ever,,I also have a very very big and heavy hernia under my stoma which bleed non stop, but they say they can,t operate, so how would you feel..

Hi there Cliff, There may be some confusion here, we don't operate a 'case' system, are you confusing us with your local NHS service? We offer a Home Delivery service but this is prescription based via your GP or consultant, so we'd not usually need to make home visits. If you need help you can always reach us via our website and we will do our best to guide you through the process. https://www.bladderandbowel.org/contact-bladder-and-bowel/ If you requested a digital Just Can't Wait Card, you should have received an email directing you to add your card to your Smartphone Wallet, either via Google Wallet or Apple Wallet. We will get this link sent to you again so that you can have another go. If you'd rather a plastic card, you can order and pay for one via our website and this will be shipped to you, to be received within 10 working days, but usually much quicker! I think its sad that you don't sell or give out your Radar keys for people like me who have alot of accidents of both bladder and bowel

Dear Sam, thank you for your comments - and we agree! We don't however receive any funding to help with this sort of initiative, as much as we would love to provide it. Radar Keys are relatively low cost, we recommend purchasing one from Disability Rights UK who do such a lot of work to advocate for people in the UK - they supply the original and most reliable radar keys. I spoke to a representative of the company who explained the delivery service, which I hoped to be able to use. I also wanted to save the Just Can't Wait card to my phone, which I wasn't able to do without saving to a Wallet and entering my payment details. I don't want to enter my payment details as I understand the delivery service is free so I see no need for it. Unless I have been mislead and I will have to pay. I feel like I am being pushed into giving bank details that I can't see the need for.

Hi there Susan, Thank you for your detailed feedback - and we're sorry to hear of any concern caused. The Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are designed for payment card use, but as far as we are aware, it is not mandatory to add a payment card to be able to use the wallet for other cards such as tickets or your Just Can't Wait Card. You. may be prompted to add a card, but you can simply ignore this. We'd like to reassure you that the Just Can't Wait Card has no payment function in itself, and is simply housed in the same place as your payment cards (should you wish to house them here). I showed my card in Aldi in Alton, Hampshire and was promptly told it meant nothing! The young man grudgingly let me use the toilet.

Dear Deborah, Thank you for sharing your experience, we are aware that some retailers can be reluctant which is a shame - we have to remind ourselves that the card is designed to be a discreet way of asking for help, it can't become a demand for toilet access. It sounds like you ultimately gained the help you needed - we continue to work to educate people around bladder and bowel conditions in order to improve access. I gr the occasional email which I scan read but generally in not sure what the community does. I guess it’s a support forum but tbh I don’t feel much support from the B&BC so I’m not sure what they do!

I think people should be made more aware of issues some people have, and they do not have an option to use their services, it is not that they are doing it to be nosy they are very desperate at this time and CANT WAIT.

I am still using adult diapers, and I still struggle to control my bladder, I feel like going to toilet every 1 for pee, but I end up peeing myself in the adult diaper.

Never been in a picture community I was on my own hear my autistic 66 years old to in diapers all the time I get mine off NHS what brand tena not very good in bed

Unable to get a digital free toilet pass trying to use instructions given. Spent ages on it then asked for my bank card details!!!! Gave up!!!

Dear Jane, We're sorry to hear this - The digital Just Can’t Wait card will always remain completely free to use. The wallet technology used is similar to that of a loyalty card, so no payments or charges can be made. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are, however, capable of processing payments via other cards you might add to your mobile wallet – for example, credit cards. Within your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet account you can control all of your payment settings. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you.
