“Gave me faith when I no longer had it. I came on this website just to get the emergency card, but after a few weeks I had an unexpected phone call from a lovely guy called Daniel Morrison after having a little chat I explained to him I had been having some major issues with a different supply for my catheters that weren’t getting delivered on time and needing more than I was being sent…Daniel quickly said “leave it with me I will sort it” and that he would called back in a hour.. fast forward not even an hour he had taken over all the issues asked me what I needed by going down a list even supplying gloves that I had been having to buy myself and to make matters even more better! He had a delivery with me the next day!.. honestly I can’t thank him enough”

“Some of the things other people are going through you realise you are not alone.. it is so good to ask a question about what you going through and it is not daft to the group as its put together of different things that other people relate to and is a big help and advice on what they can do it may be good for you to I'm so pleased there is a group that can accommodate so many peoples needs in 1 group”

“I paid for and sent off for 2 cArds and only one was sent I've just lost my Freedom pass wallet with the B&BC card in it. I now have NO card. It's not always possible to show the E card”
