“I have recently received my digital card and I’ve used it in a cafe in York. As soon as I produced it he immediately obtained a key for the disable toilet with no questions asked. I am now reassured that it works and feel very confident.”

“I suffer with mild incontinence so when I see a toilet, I go. However, recently in my local town I couldn’t find one and showed a staff member in Primark and they’d never heard of it. Please tell me when we can use it? Thank you”
