“Its a fine idea, but i flew just after I joined and the airline looked at me like I was from outer space when I showed the card on my phone. Said for me to just pay attention to when it was open. Thanks for the attempted assist though. I gave a 3 star out of 5 because I was not able to use it, not for your effort. Thank you.”

Thank you for your review, it really does make a difference. The card is designed to be used as a discreet communication tool, and you're absolutely right to try it out - the trouble with travel is often the limited number or placements of toilets, making the whole idea even more of a challenge. From our experience, airport staff are usually very helpful but perhaps more familiar with a sunflower lanyard - we suggest getting one of these if you are a frequent traveller, as it alerts to the fact that you have a hidden disability and may need more assistance in general. They also have a handy card-holder so you can put your Just Can't Wait Card in there too. We do hope this is helpful, and we will feed this back to our team for development. “I was totally taken aback by the sharpness and tone of the male person who rang me to make an enquiry , that's the sole reason for my low star rating, however my daughter who has organised my toilet pass has dealt with it. I am still waiting for my actual card as she requested digitally for mobile use and one for me to have on my person, I would appreciate that being looked into please.”

“It’s hard to assess as I’ve only recently joined. One thing I would say is whilst it’s great to have a card to show in venues, I have no idea whether venues will allow use of the toilet and believe by law they don’t have to. That’s the bit that needs changing as toilet needs are a basic human need and having been refused the use of a toilet it can be embarrassing and demeaning.”
