“I think a photo id on the card would be an advantage as I was refused from a local business as they thought it was a type of bogus scam.”

Hi William, Thank you for your feedback, it's really valuable. This is something we've considered in the past but it wasn't popular with a lot of people due to the private nature of the complaint. “Its a fine idea, but i flew just after I joined and the airline looked at me like I was from outer space when I showed the card on my phone. Said for me to just pay attention to when it was open. Thanks for the attempted assist though. I gave a 3 star out of 5 because I was not able to use it, not for your effort. Thank you.”

Thank you for your review, it really does make a difference. The card is designed to be used as a discreet communication tool, and you're absolutely right to try it out - the trouble with travel is often the limited number or placements of toilets, making the whole idea even more of a challenge. From our experience, airport staff are usually very helpful but perhaps more familiar with a sunflower lanyard - we suggest getting one of these if you are a frequent traveller, as it alerts to the fact that you have a hidden disability and may need more assistance in general. They also have a handy card-holder so you can put your Just Can't Wait Card in there too. We do hope this is helpful, and we will feed this back to our team for development.
