“I haven't really used it yet ,but I'm on the Crohn's site that is really good, hearing other people's treatment and how they cope. I only wish more shops will let you use there toilet in an emergency.”

“I have managed my problems reasonably successfully in the past and was only introduced to the B & B Community recently. It has given me confidence that should i have problems away from home i shall be in a position to mange them simply and easily. If i have further problems or questions about my condition, i now know where i can visit to help with their resolution.”

“Very pleased to have found this community, been so helpful ,put my mind at ease to know that if I am taken short at anytime I can use shop toilets , or anywhere near by that as one as I have been caught out sometimes while I'm shopping , so all have been very helpful.”

“Its a fine idea, but i flew just after I joined and the airline looked at me like I was from outer space when I showed the card on my phone. Said for me to just pay attention to when it was open. Thanks for the attempted assist though. I gave a 3 star out of 5 because I was not able to use it, not for your effort. Thank you.”

Thank you for your review, it really does make a difference. The card is designed to be used as a discreet communication tool, and you're absolutely right to try it out - the trouble with travel is often the limited number or placements of toilets, making the whole idea even more of a challenge. From our experience, airport staff are usually very helpful but perhaps more familiar with a sunflower lanyard - we suggest getting one of these if you are a frequent traveller, as it alerts to the fact that you have a hidden disability and may need more assistance in general. They also have a handy card-holder so you can put your Just Can't Wait Card in there too. We do hope this is helpful, and we will feed this back to our team for development. “I have just heard of you and immediately registered. I don't yet have a diagnosis of bowel or bladder but I am multi morbidity and polypharmacy and as a result have bowel 'just can't wait' issues. I am grateful to you for the Just Can't Wait Card (digital and plastic) and hope they will make a difference when I need to use a public convenience. Thank you. Advertising this service would be advantageous to all carrying the card.”
