“anyone who has had bowel cancer as I have (and now have to wear a non reversible stoma bag for life) should sign up to this community as they are a massive help to people. These things in life are traumatic and it's good to hear from like minded souls who have experienced nearly everything you will encounter and will help you greatly to deal with your journey”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us - the card isn't designed to be printed so we suggest purchasing a card to put in a lanyard - this will also be clearer to read and last a lot longer as it's plastic, so will stand up to daily use. “This has helped me out so much having the card. At a concert everyone was using the disabled toilets. Total free for all. Showed the card and attendant put me to front of huge queue.”

“as i have prostate cancer & im suffering from the after effects of radiotherapy i tried to get a digital "just cant wait" card but there were so many hoops to jump through i gave up. i dont want to install a apple wallet on my iphone as i feel it could be unsafe.”

We apply certain criteria to the application process to try to limit card applicants to people living with a bladder or bowel condition, but understand your viewpoint. The digital wallet is perfectly safe and you don't have to add any payment cards if you don't wish to. If you prefer, you can purchase a plastic card from our website. “Put simply I would have struggled without their support and guidance. Having inputted my details I was called a few days late by a very friendly support worker who explained the services they offer, all free. Including home delivery of any supplies you may require and access to specialist advice/care. A huge thank you to all of provide this invaluable service.
