If your health is affecting your life negatively we'd urge you to speak to your GP or if you'd rather, you can approach your nearest continence clinic for advice (in some areas you can self-refer). You may wish to write a diary of your symptoms and how these affect you so that you can share this with your clinician to aid diagnosis. If you need support from others in a similar situation, you can also join our Support Group via Facebook, which is monitored by Admins. “Thank you for offering this service as this has helped me out a few times when Iv needed to go to the restroom, the last time I was on an aeroplane and was allowed to use the premium restrooms as incase I couldn’t wait”
